Important: Payment providers referenced on pkvin — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are mentioned as familiar context references for Pakistani users. Any data shared with payment providers in the course of processing your transactions is governed by those providers' own privacy policies. pkvin does not control those providers' data practices.
pkvin retains Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, regulatory, accounting and reporting requirements.
Where data is no longer required for any lawful purpose, pkvin will securely delete or anonymise it.

You may request a copy of the Personal Data pkvin holds about you. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe following identity verification.
You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data. Some corrections may require re-verification of your identity documents.
You may request deletion of your Personal Data where processing is no longer necessary. This right is subject to legal retention obligations — we cannot delete data that we are required to retain under AML or regulatory law.

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

The pkvin Platform is strictly intended for users who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from minors.
Age verification is applied as part of the KYC process. If pkvin becomes aware that a minor has registered an account or provided Personal Data, that account will be suspended immediately, all associated data will be deleted or handled in accordance with applicable law, and any Balance will be returned via the deposit method following review.

pkvin operates internationally and may transfer your Personal Data to Data Processors located in jurisdictions outside the country in which your data was collected.
