These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and pkvin (referred to herein as "pkvin", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), accessible at https://pkvin.cam.

pkvin is an English-language online betting and casino information platform designed for Pakistani users. The Platform provides access to sports betting markets, live casino games, instant games and player account management tools, with balances displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

By accessing, registering on or using pkvin in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the pkvin Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your Account, denominated in PKR.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by pkvin that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to comply with applicable anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations.
• "Wager" means a bet placed by the User on any sports market, casino game or other event offered on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the display currency of the Platform.
• "Platform" means the pkvin website, all associated pages, services and features accessible at https://pkvin.cam.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region in which access to or use of the Platform is unlawful under applicable local or national law.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction placed on an Account at the User's request, preventing access for a defined or indefinite period.

To register and maintain an Account on pkvin, you must satisfy the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. pkvin strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by minors.
• Jurisdiction: You confirm that gambling is not unlawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. You acknowledge that Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may restrict or prohibit gambling activity.
• Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any court order or legal restriction preventing such.
• Single Account: You may hold only one Account on pkvin. Opening multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended.
• Accurate Information: All registration details you provide must be accurate, current and complete. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Not Self-Excluded: You confirm that you are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on pkvin or under any applicable responsible-gambling programme.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or permit any other person to access your Account.

All activity conducted through your Account — including any Wager placed, Bonus Funds claimed or withdrawal requested — is your sole responsibility. pkvin will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

If you believe your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify pkvin's support team immediately via the contact details specified in Section 14.

• You may update your registered email address and personal details by contacting support and completing applicable verification.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your Account or any accumulated Balance to another person.
• pkvin reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence at any time, including requests for source-of-funds documentation.

The following rules govern all Wagers placed through pkvin, whether on sports markets (including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other events) or casino and instant games.

5.1 Wager Placement

• All Wagers are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a Wager after submission unless the Platform provides an explicit "Cash Out" or cancellation feature for the applicable market.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and may vary. Current limits are displayed at the point of Wager placement.
• pkvin reserves the right to restrict stake sizes on individual markets for any User at its sole discretion.

5.2 Settlement of Wagers

• Sports Wagers are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant sporting body. Where a result is subsequently reversed by the governing body, pkvin may re-settle affected Wagers accordingly.
• In the event of a technical error, manifestly incorrect odds or a pricing error, pkvin reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes to User Accounts.

5.3 Void Bets

• A Wager may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment, postponement (where the event does not resume within a specified timeframe), match-fixing investigations, or where minimum participation requirements are not met.
• Void Wager stakes are returned to the User's Balance in full.

5.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) markets are subject to rapid odds movements. A Wager placed during live play is accepted at the odds available at the exact moment of confirmation. pkvin operates a zero-tolerance policy on any form of in-play arbitrage or exploitation of delayed data feeds.

5.5 Casino & Instant Games

All casino and instant game results are generated by certified random number generators (RNG) supplied by third-party game content providers. pkvin does not control game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are as published by the individual game studio and may vary by title.

pkvin may offer welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free spins, cashback offers, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives at its discretion. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of offer, in addition to the general rules set out in this section.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier, qualifying games and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet Wagering Requirements within the stated period will result in Bonus Funds and any associated winnings being forfeited.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Each promotional offer is available once per User, household, IP address and payment method, unless stated otherwise.
• pkvin reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any point prior to opt-in, or to reclaim Bonus Funds where misuse is identified.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts or redeemed for cash outside the terms of the specific promotion.

6.3 Promotional Abuse

Any form of promotional abuse — including but not limited to opening duplicate Accounts to claim multiple bonuses, exploiting technical errors, using automated betting scripts, or engaging in coordinated wagering patterns designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

All transactions on pkvin are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform references familiar Pakistan payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual examples of methods Pakistani users may recognise. These references do not constitute an endorsement by or affiliation with any of these providers.

7.1 Deposits

• Deposits must be made using payment methods held in the registered Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• pkvin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

7.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests must be submitted through your Account's Cashier section. The withdrawal method must match the name registered on your Account.
• pkvin reserves the right to carry out enhanced KYC verification before processing any withdrawal, including requests for CNIC, proof of address and source-of-funds documentation.
• Processing times vary and are not guaranteed. pkvin does not commit to specific payout timescales.
• Any active Bonus Funds with outstanding Wagering Requirements may restrict withdrawal eligibility on real-money Balance until requirements are met or Bonus Funds are forfeited.

7.3 Anti-Money Laundering

pkvin applies AML controls in accordance with applicable regulatory obligations. Transactions that raise suspicion of money laundering, fraud or terrorist financing will be reported to relevant authorities and the associated Account will be suspended pending investigation. All deposits must represent legitimately sourced funds.

pkvin is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Users maintain control over their activity. Gambling should remain a form of entertainment and must not be pursued as a source of income or to recover losses.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory review period.
• Session Reminders: Time-limit reminders can be activated to alert Users to the duration of their session.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting support. During exclusion, all promotional communications are suppressed.
• Age Verification: pkvin enforces strict age verification. The Platform is available to adults aged 18 or older (or the higher minimum age required by the applicable licence jurisdiction) only.

All content on the pkvin Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, page layouts, software and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of pkvin or its licensed content partners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence or interest in pkvin's intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of pkvin.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkvin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from:

• Wager outcomes, regardless of any technical or data errors affecting the display of odds;
• Delays or interruptions to Platform availability;
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Decisions made on the basis of information, odds or statistics displayed on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkvin makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

pkvin reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading registration information;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, match-fixing involvement or any other illegal activity;
• Promotional abuse or exploitation of bonus offers;
• Account inactivity in accordance with the Platform's dormancy policy;
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitating Account closure.

Upon closure of an Account for breach, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Verified real-money Balance in excess of any outstanding bonus obligations will be returned via the original deposit method following completion of applicable KYC and AML checks.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe and are subject to settlement of any outstanding Wagers.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkvin holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

pkvin does not represent that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Users access the Platform of their own volition and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

pkvin reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, pkvin will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently updated.
